Luxury Five Star Cornish 18th century cottages, near the sea, poised at the head of the Looe Valley enjoying spectacular views to the river below. We have a romantic detached cottage for two with kingsize four poster and log fires. Ideal for honeymooners. Our romantic cottages each have their own English traditional cottage garden. Each luxury cottage is 5 Star with flagstone or wood floors, log fires, antiques, flowers, dishwashers, DVDs, crisp cotton linen, wool carpets and truly comfortable brass or 4 poster beds. On site farm walks on our 150 acres with sea views. Delicious home cooked meals can be delivered to your cottage and there's a local organic produce stall. On site horse riding (just for Treworgey guests), swimming pool and tennis. Wireless broadband. Numerous beautiful gardens, walks (incl. the spectacular cliff path), beaches, National Trust houses, and castles. Many picturesque villages and towns, beaches,harbours and rivers, and attractions nearby, including the Eden Project (30 to 40 mins)

Numerous activities ..... : Ride in our own licensed riding school - just for our visitors. Swim in our beautifully landscaped crystal clear pool (83F). Play tennis here at Treworgey, and let kids delight in our playground and large sandpit. Meet our friendly pig, pygmy goats, ducks and chickens which wander the grounds.Walk over our 150 acre farm with wonderful river and sea views. Golf (champion and local courses nearby). Beautiful coves and beaches, sea and lake fishing, diving (P.A.D.I) walking (herons and kingfishers beside wooded riverside banks, and the magnificent coastal footpath). National trust Houses, and numerous gardens all within very easy reach.

How to get to Treworgey ..... : Fast dual carriageways within a few miles. Fast train: from all areas - London/Liskeard in 3.5 hrs. National Express coaches from all areas. Flights from Dublin, Aberdeen, Heathrow and Paris into Plymouth Airport. flights from Europe into Newquy airport 45 mins away. Local car hire or local taxis available.

Luxury Five Star 18th Century cottages Cornwall.

Looe (3 miles), seen from the cottages in the distance, is a picturesque, small fishing town with river and harbour. Charming by day and night with several excellent restaurants, very good small shops, fresh fish off the quay, beaches, rock pools, sea fishing, boats.

Polperro (6 miles) – famous delightful fishing village, full of life day and night! Breathtaking when approached via the National Trust coastal footpath from Talland Bay and Lantic Bay

Fowey (8 miles) – the deep natural harbour is picturesque from every approach. Enjoy browsing the delightful shops and eateries.

Wonderful National trust houses and famous gardens nearby. Eden project half an hour away. Lost Gardens 45 mins. Lands End 1 hour 40 mins. Bodmin Moor 25 mins. North coast of Cornwall - 50 mins. Truro 45 mins. Plymouth 40 mins- destroyed 1941, now a modern city with a history.Beautiful wild Dartmoor 1 hour. The fantastic Cornish coastal path and Looe only 10 mins. Golf course 10 mins. Tennis riding here.

Golf: Looe Golf course only ten mins drive and several other courses within half an hour's drive.

Ski: Dry ski slope Plymouth half an hour's drive.

Gorgeous, cosy cottage with everything you could wish for in it. Very laid back and relaxed atmosphere. Every little detail has been well thought of here.
All in all a wonderful holiday and we have already booked to re-visit again next year.
