  • Rates include occupancy for 4. Additional $50/night pp 4 guests.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancel 30 days in advance and receive a full refund, less $50 cancellation fee. Less than 30 days notice will result in a Non-Refundable portion of the rent unless the dates can be re-booked. Cancel 14-29 days in advance, the 50% rental deposit will be Non-Refundable. Cancel 0-13 days in advance, the entire rental is Non-Refundable. No refund will be offered for Special Events bookings with less than 30 days notice. If the dates can be re-booked, a refund equal to the monies received less a $50 cancellation fee, will be issued within 2 weeks after the canceled check out date.

We had a few out of town friends coming over for a baby shower with 5-6 people staying over and about 25 people at the party. The house is really cute, perfect location and the owner, Debbie made sure we felt like home in her place. The backyard is really well done with a small pool and large enough place to host a party. Unfortunately it rained and rained and we had to host the party indoors. But a perfect place - will definately head there next time.
Owner's Response: We are so happy you enjoyed the house. I wish we had some influence with the weather. If we did we would have allotted some rain for the summer and bright sunny skies for your baby shower!

Great house for a visit to Austin. Safe, quiet tree-lined neighborhood with many great places just a short walk away. Easy access to city and surrounding area. The beds were comfy and the backyard is so relaxing. I'm so glad we opted for this option over a hotel.

We were in town for a triathlon and Debby was a great host, providing directions and recommendations to nearby spots. She even put a half gallon of my favorite Blue Bell ice cream in the freezer that I've missed since I moved up North!

We'll be back, and when we come, we hope to stay here!
