Harbour Town, golf, beach, tennis, dining, entertainment, and shopping are all easily accessible in one great location! We have just completed renovating our Sea Pines home, and it's all about comfort and convenience. We sit on the #2 green on Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the PGA Verizon Heritage. Our quiet neighborhood is just a short stroll to Harbour Town, where you can explore the abundance of shops, dining, boating, water activities and entertainment. Sea Pines Center, with additional shops and dining and free Sea Pines Shuttle (seasonal), is just out our back door. A short bike ride will take you to the beach or drive to the Beach Club in less than 5 minutes. Choose to enjoy our intimate courtyard pool, or splash around in either of 2 community pools. And after all that activity, you'll sink into our luxury beds and linens. We have owned a second home on Hilton Head for over 30 years, and we will gladly share our recommendations with you, so you spend your time relaxing!

Our house is ideally located within walking distance to Harbour Town and biking distance to the beach so you can enjoy the best of Hilton Head without the hassle of parking or driving! Grab your coffee and watch the golfers hole in on the #2 green on the famed Harbour Town Golf Links from our deck. Take a short stroll or bike ride to Harbour Town and explore fishing, sailing, dolphin cruises, entertainment, great shopping and wonderful dining. Climb up the famous lighthouse, watch the kids scramble around the huge playground, or just grab a beverage and sit back in a rocking chair and watch one of the fabulous sunsets. Feel like a pro and hit the links at Harbour Town Golf Links or any of the other renowned courses on the island. Take a short bike ride to breathe in the soothing ocean air and explore the miles of wide sandy beaches. Or you can drive less than 5 minutes to the Sea Pines Beach Club, where you'll enjoy shaded outdoor dining, food, facilities and entertainment.

This is our second home and we just completed renovating it, and we have equipped it with your comfort and convenience in mind. Each bedroom has a TV, with a large HDTVin the master bedroom and living room. All the beds are brand new luxury pillowtops, with luxury linens and cotton quilts. Bring your lap top and enjoy free wireless broadband internet access. There is a radio intercom with speakers throughout and a beverage center to keep all your beverages ice cold and your refrigerator uncluttered. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. Washer, dryer, and iron on site. Additional separate guest suite will be available in late fall, adding extra bedroom and bath.
