WOW--a deluxe waterfront home with pool and boat dock all at a great price. Come relax and bask in the sun by the pool, fish from the dock or take a 5 minute boat ride to the wonders of the Caloosahatchie River. This vacation getaway is situated on a saltwater canal with boat dock and covered boat lift. Rent a boat locally and you are on your way to the river, the Gulf of Mexico and perhaps a private island beach to enjoy a picnic lunch. This home is beautifully landscaped and designed for indoor and outdoor living. The floor plan is a split plan with master wing on one side and two bedrooms and bathrooms on the other. All bedrooms have water views. The master bedroom offers sliding doors right out to the heated pool and screened lanai. Home is completely furnished with eat in kitchen and dining room. There is even a wood burning fireplace! Includes two TVs, DVD Player, all linens and all kitchen utensils. Screened lanai features heated pool and patio furniture.

Notes: There is an organ in the house that you can use. Local phone calls are allowed. There are two folding lounge chairs in the garage if you want to lounge on the porch or to carry to the beach. There is a patio table on the back porch that seats 6. There is a 2 car garage you can park in. Please do not park in the grass, sometimes the sprinkler heads get broken.
