The property is located directly on the NW corner of Central Park. The entrance to the park is just footsteps away from the building lobby, while a short walk will take you to many bars and restaurants within Harlem’s Frederick Douglas Circle and the Columbia University vicinity. For your convenience, there’s a supermarket, located on the complex’s ground floor, a coffee shop and a Dry Cleaner right around the corner. Subway station is also at the foot of the property, with easy access to the “B” and “C” subway lines that will reach Midtown and Times Square in less than 10 minutes. As you can see, this property can easily access the heart of Manhattan and all the major attractions, and yet is situated in a quiet area of Upper West Side, which makes it the perfect location to retire from the hustle and bustle of the city. Sorry, no pets allowed inside the apartment complex.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please inquire with us for the latest availabilities and best available rates.
  • Require 30% of the total amount or $500, whichever amount is greater, as a deposit to secure the reservation. Deposit is due within 3-day from signing the contract. Remaining balance, including a $50 cleaning fee and a $500 security deposit, is due upon arrival at the check-in. The security deposit is refundable, minus damages if any, when you check out and the apartment is left in original, undamaged and clean condition.

    Only cash, wiring transfer, and VISA/Mastercard charges (through PayPal’s “Instant Pay” option) will be accepted without any exception! Please note there is a 5% processing fee for wiring transfer and PayPal transaction.

    Payments on reservation canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival date are NONREFUNDABLE without any exception. Deposits on reservations canceled more than 14 days prior will receive 50% refund on deposit.
  • MY@H Group has a flat rate structure for up to 4 guests; 10% surcharge per guest will be added to the total reservation cost for group with 5 guests or more. Please also note that our rates do vary pending on season.

Two italian couples in New York

We arrived in NY on a thursday afternoon. After picking up the keys at the My@H Office, we went to the apartment. The place has a wonderful view of the park (the same as the pics on the web. First time a web site is so truthful...), it is perfect for two couples, the bedrooms are spacious, full of light, the beds comfortable. It is right on an subway stop. Max 20/25 minutes you're anywhere you want to be in Manhattan. The building is brand new (there's always a doorman) it's right at the north/west corner of the park, the fact that it is in a very open area also gives a great sense of safety. There's an internet connection, which is quite convenient. The owner waited for us until we got to the office to pick up the keys even though we were two hours late and couldn't call because our phone didn't work in the US. The description of the apartment was very accurate, also the payment process and the contract were very transparent. The area is very convenient (close to Columbia University), there is a supermarket right at the bottom of the building, all you need at walking distance. I recommend this apartment without any hesitation (already have to friends in fact). I think it was the best value for money we could find in NY.

This is THE PLACE TO BE !!!!

Dear Visitor,

Let me simply talk to you as I just did to my best friends in France.

If you look for a great place where to stay for a few days in NYC... No need to look any further for any other apartment...

As a matter of fact, I did it for you when I was looking myself for the best possible location in NYC at a reasonable price... And as you may have already seen it yourself while searching by yourself during hours... it is not easy to find !!

But the good news is... that YOU JUST FOUND IT !!!!!!

My wife and I have lived in NYC during 3 years in the 90's... so we know fairly well where the good locations are... as well as we know where it is better not to be...

So please trust our experience... You will completely enjoy your stay in this apartment. And probably much better than in most other apartments... Why ? Because:

1/ Its location is perfect. You are right at the North Western corner of Central Park. Very calm and convenient area, as the Subway is just at the corner.

2/ The apartment is very well equipped, and its size is very convenient (about 60+ square meters, with 2 bedrooms). The pictures you can see on this website are very similar to the reality ! We were 5 people (2 parents + 3 kids), and everyone very much appreciated it. Last but not least, the view is great... quite unusual in NYC to have such a view !!

3/ The price is very reasonable according to us, compared to many other apartments. Is it because it's location is considered a bit too high on Manhattan (too far away from the theater district ?). Considering the theater district is 20 min. away by subway... I would not say so !

4/ Last but not least, Tony, the owner, is very professional, while very open and pleasant to deal with. So if you are a kind person, you will meet another kind person ! And if you are not so kind... you will have a good example of what a kind person is...

So enjoy your stay in NYC, I am sure Tony will be as pleased as you will be !!

Wonderful stay

The apartment has everything that you could need, we had a very nice stay.
Very well located, amazing views.
Beds are confortable, the sofa-bed a bit less than the two other beds.

Been a very positive experience all in all. Truth be it, should get 4.5 stars and here is why -
Cons - Quite noisy location even thoughy 11th floor (told by other new
yorkers it's the same throughout manhattan due to building
technique, but wasnt aware of that).
A/c generates alot of noise.
Pros - Tony is a great owner, always helpful and willing. When I mentioned the A/C thing he acctually BOUGHT a couple of fans for our use.
Subway station is right downstais
Adjacent to central park.

Would give it a solid 5, had I just knew it in advance.
That's said, thanks for a wonderful 2 weeks Tony. I hope we can arrange something for our next trip to NYC!

Four German girls in NY

Communication with Tony via email before our stay was very pleasant, quick and easy. On our arrival in NY we could reach Tony directly via SMS. We received the keys in his office in Midtown. There he had also prepared additional information for our stay (how the weather would be, an exact description of the way to the apartment, the location of the supermarket near by, etc.).

The apartment is very well equipped. Exactly as described.
Enough space for us four girls.
