MODERN 2-BR APT NEXT TO CENTRAL PARK

My family and I rented this apartment for our daughters high school graduation and 18th Birthday Celebration vacation to New York City! The location and accommodations were perfect for our needs. With the subway being located at the base of the building, we were able to easily get where we wanted to be in a just a short ride on the subway. The apartment had plenty of space for our five member travel group - 3 adults and two children. Originally we were concerned about having only one bathroom to accommodate all of us but found that this was not an issue at all. There are plenty of additional mirrors available throughout the condo which allowed for the getting ready to go out process easy and hassle free. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to all persons looking for a safe, comfortable, nice and convenient and affordable place to stay. Thank you Tony for your part in making our trip to New York a wonderful experience.

J'étais très angoissée de réserver par internet j'avais lu sur des forums qu'il y avait beaucoup d'arnaques a new york alors j'ai envoyé énormément de mails a Tony (mon contact dès le début pour la location de cet appartement) en lui posant des questions certainement plus idiotes les unes que les autres et il a toujours répondu super gentillement me rassurant et m'expliquant le plus précisément possible. Nous sommes arrivés assez tard et il nous attendait à l'appartement, il a ouvert la porte et nous avons immédiatement été sous le charme, souriant, très sympa, très abordable et surtout prenant le temps bien qu'il soit tard de répondre à toutes nos questions sur les choses à faire, les explications sur le métro ect... que du bonheur ! il avait mis de la boisson au frais bref tout était parfait. L'appartement est comme sur les photos tout est identique, le supermarché est bien en bas de l'immeuble ainsi que le métro. La description est des plus précises et très juste y compris sur les délais pour rejoindre tel ou tel site. L'appartement est vraiment confortable, largement spacieux pour 4 adultes et très agréable à vivre même si nous y avons passé peu de temps nous étions toujours contents d'y retourner le soir après des journée marathon. Je dirais que le seul petit bémol c'est la salle de bain qui est assez vieillote mais malgré tout il y avait de l'eau bien chaude et ce pour 4 personnes chaque matin c'était l'essentiel, donc pour conclure, Tony est un véritable amour, l'appart est chaleureux et accueillant ce qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour excellent. Nous n'avons qu'une envie y retourner !

Let me simply talk to you as I just did to my best friends in France.

If you look for a great place where to stay for a few days in NYC... No need to look any further for any other apartment...

As a matter of fact, I did it for you when I was looking myself for the best possible location in NYC at a reasonable price... And as you may have already seen it yourself while searching by yourself during hours... it is not easy to find !!

But the good news is... that YOU JUST FOUND IT !!!!!!

My wife and I have lived in NYC during 3 years in the 90's... so we know fairly well where the good locations are... as well as we know where it is better not to be...

So please trust our experience... You will completely enjoy your stay in this apartment. And probably much better than in most other apartments... Why ? Because:

1/ Its location is perfect. You are right at the North Western corner of Central Park. Very calm and convenient area, as the Subway is just at the corner.

2/ The apartment is very well equipped, and its size is very convenient (about 60+ square meters, with 2 bedrooms). The pictures you can see on this website are very similar to the reality ! We were 5 people (2 parents + 3 kids), and everyone very much appreciated it. Last but not least, the view is great... quite unusual in NYC to have such a view !!

3/ The price is very reasonable according to us, compared to many other apartments. Is it because it's location is considered a bit too high on Manhattan (too far away from the theater district ?). Considering the theater district is 20 min. away by subway... I would not say so !

4/ Last but not least, Tony, the owner, is very professional, while very open and pleasant to deal with. So if you are a kind person, you will meet another kind person ! And if you are not so kind... you will have a good example of what a kind person is...

So enjoy your stay in NYC, I am sure Tony will be as pleased as you will be !!
