The quarry has a sandy beach and is a great place to swim and kayak. Located on a quiet mountainside, the Quarry House is just minutes from downtown Rockland and Camden as well as the beaches and saltwater activities the Midcoast is known for. This newly-constructed, custom house has an open floor plan with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen and a light, airy feeling. Exposed beams and hardwood floors throughout, the house has three decks and is well landscaped; with an appreciation for classic details, the house embraces modern architecture with clean lines and upscale design. If you are looking for the best of both worlds in the Midcoast — views, access and freshwater swimming — the Quarry House will be a spectacular retreat. .
