A view of the mountain backdrop is available from the condo and the deck. Park River West is located a short 3 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and a few blocks from downtown Estes Park. This wonderful retreat is furnished with leather couches on the upper level and fine furnishings throughout the rest of the unit. Artwork and wildlife photos grace the walls of the unit for your enjoyment. Bedrooms have Queen size beds and one pull out bed is available for small children in the play area. The master bedroom shower has grab bars to provide stability while showering and comfort height toilets are installed throughout the unit. A second living/play area is available on the lower level and is furnished with books and games for children and adults and has a TV/DVD player. Great Room design allows for one level living for those using the master bedroom suite. This layout also allows families to be together to enjoy their stay to the fullest.

Rocky Mountain National Park is within a short 3 minute drive where you can enjoy all of the amenities that a federal park has to offer. A bus is available to take visitors into the park during the summer season.
