This is a new lake front apartment as of June 2008. It comes fully equipped, bed linens, kitchen utensils, etc. We are located within 1 mile of Snug Harbor North, marina as well as a free public boat launch. We are 10 minutes from the Ticonderoga golf course as well as tennis. Swimming & fishing are staples here at the lake, with the public beach within walking distance that features swings, slides, volley ball, etc. as well as our own beach. There are 2 canoes & a paddle boat that are complimentary with your rental. There is a boat dock at the property for your boat, a docking fee applies. There are several good restaurants in the area as well. This location is geared for families that want to escape the hectic world we live in & realize Adirondack beauty at its best. The apartment also features cable TV as well as wireless internet.

The property is within 1 mile of Snug Harbor North marina on Lake George. We are 10 minutes from the Ticonderoga golf course. We have a sandy beach & a dock for your boat (docking fee applies). We are walking distance to the public sandy beach with swings; slides; volley ball net; etc. Tennis courts are available in Ticonderoga, within 10 minutes. Swimming & fishing are Summer staples at the Lake, & ice fishing for Winter. We are approximately 50 minutes from Gore Mountain for downhill skiing as well as central Vt ski areas. There are a number of good restaurants in the area for you to choose from. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen if you wish to cook. The apartment is new, being built the summer of 2008. If you are looking for the best that the Adirondacks/Lake George has to offer, this is it.
