Newly furnished two story patio home with cathedral ceiling in the living room and full width sliding doors leading to a screened Lanai with table, chairs, and barbeque grill. The first floor has wall to wall carpeting and tile in the entranceway and the kitchen. The LR has large wall unit with 40' HDTV, VCR/DVD player, home theater, 2 sofas, recliner chair, wall to wall carpeting with areas rugs. The DR seats six at the table. Kitchen is fully equipped with DW, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, cookware and service for 8. Bedroom on first floor has queen bed, dresser, large armoire with 20' flat digital TV VCR/DVD combo and slider doors from the bedroom to the front patio. Upper level has master BR with queen bed, dresser and vanity, 26' HDTV full bath and walk in closet. Second BR has 2 single beds, TV and 2 dressers.

PGA resort boasts Five championship golf courses, fitness center, nautilus equipment, wellness center, and exercise programs. There is an Olympic sized pool, lap pool, tennis, spa, walking and jogging path. The PGA National Hotel and spa has three restaurants. The West Palm Beach airport is 15 minutes away, as is the Kravis Center of Performing Arts. There are many public golf courses nearby. The Ft. Lauderdale Museum is a well known museum that hosts many top exhibits. Nearby ocean beaches at Juno and Singer Island are worth visiting. There is Sport fishing and a fishing pier at Juno beach. Water parks and Ecological preserves are also nearby.
