Lovely in LaJolla

The description of the layout and location were accurate. We found that from the apartment we could drive to the best sites in San Diego in a short space of time and avoid huge traffic delays due to the ideal location. The property was very clean, the garden delightful, and everything we needed was provided by the owners. It was like a home away from home, very nicely decorated and comfortable for the two of us. We would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives and plan to stay again, next time, for a longer period of time. My husband loves the beach and swimming. We took advantage of the 15 minutes drive to LaJolla Cove for one of the best beaches around.

Wonderful!

We were looking for a nice place to stay for our 10 day visit to San Diego. We wanted a place with a seperate bedroom and a kitchenette. This place was perfect and we didn't have to pay an arm and a leg. Any hotel with a suite like this would have been well over $100.

The owners are great people. They made us feel welcome and comfortable while still giving us our privacy. We were welcome to use the entire backyard as we desired and our 3 year old loved it! We were also able to wash our clothes as needed for no additional charge.

Our stay was comfortable and affordable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants more comfort than a hotel can offer.

Great hospitality and lovely home!!

I had to find a place for my mom and two younger brothers to stay while visiting San Diego... needless to say I was more than pleased with this home. Staying here made my family feel more like locals than tourists. The home is very cozy with an elegant back yard. We had dinner outside every evening, and the flower garden is an ideal place to relax after a long day at the beach. The owner is very sweet and hospitable and we are very thankful for our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great location too.. only 5 minutes away from the beach by car. Thank you Paulie :):)

Beautiful Home Away From Home

We enjoyed our stay very much. Waking up to go outside and see a beautiful floral garden with the largest, most amazing roses I have ever seen in my life, made us start each day of our stay with a smile on our face. The apartment was very clean and the owners were very kind and helpful. The location is in a great quiet neighborhood that makes it very easy to be able to go and see many of the San Diego attractions like the San Diego Zoo and La Jolla Beach. We would definitely stay here again if we are on the West Coast again.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Lovely apartment, charming owners

My boyfriend and I stayed there for a few days and had a wonderful time. The apartment is clean, bright and comfortable and located in a safe, quiet, residential area. We really liked being able to use the washer and dryer during our visit. Just remember to bring a little packet of laundry soap!

Polly and her husband were lovely hosts. We have recommended this property to friends, and we will be back.
