Lower your blood pressure!!! Kick back and relax!! 3 level, newly renovated house on 8 private, peaceful acres. Come relax on the huge deck overlooking large back yard, brook with waterfall, brookside firepit and tall pines and birches. Dip your toes in the swimming hole or drop a line in the brook and catch some small trout. Make a day of shopping many small, unique area stores, attend an auction, Ski TENNEY MOUNTAIN, known for great, affordable family oriented skiing and also for the summer ZIP line and obstacle course, or just sit back and relax and listen to the water flowing over the rocks and with breeze whistling thru the tall trees....Laze around or have a picnic for 2 aside the brook: very private!! Rock climbing at it's very best in these parts, complete with nearby indoor rock climbing wall! Check out 'rhinoguides' on the net!

Situated on a state maintained, but very, very quiet, paved mountain road. House is large enough to sleep 8, and cozy enough for just 2. Well appointed kitchen, linens and towels provided. Come lower your blood pressure, get away from it all and relax. Welcome to Groton! NEW!!! Nearby paddock board available for just 20/day!!! AMAZING scenic trails in the area! Don't leave your horses home this season: Take them, and your trail riding buddies too, along with you, and have a vacation to remember!

Activities and Attractions: Tenney Mountain: 10 minutes away!! Family oriented skiing, great rates and friendly atmosphere. Waterville Valley , Loon and Ragged Mtn all within 30 minutes. In summer: be sure to try the new ZipLine and obstacle course! Rumney rock climbing is some of the BEST of New England!! Beautiful, extensive horseback riding trails directly from the paddocks!!! Horse accomodations nearby.... Newfound Lake, Sculptured Rocks (great picnicing and swimming) , Spectacle Lake ( excellent for a canoe paddle), and Stinson Lake. The Pines Speedway ( for those dirt track car racing enthusiasts) , Clarks Trading Post, Antiqueing, Blue Moon Salvage: bits and pieces of old homes for your renovation projects!, really cool place, Auctions ( just down the hill: back woods, old style auction, with something for everyone! I still wish I bid on that Rubber Alien!!), major store shopping ( Hanaford, Walmart, Radio Shack, Marshalls etc) , and many other unique stores, restaurants.
