The vacation apartment is surrounded by picturesque cliffs and situated at the outskirts of town and. Our newly constructed house has total of 8 apartments and is located below the ruins of the 'Schülzburg' right by the Lauter. You may cycle or hike here-along the car-free street that runs by our house down to the Danube, or down the valley, past the castles of the Luater valley to the Marbach stables. Enjoy the tranquillity and leisure of nature on a cycling tour or a hike, or simply relax in our comfortable garden. A Ping-Pong room and a playroom downstairs, as well as a communal washing machine and a drink machine, babysitter and dog care, breakfast roll service complete the offer for our guests.

It offers peace and quiet, rest and relaxation. Anhausen is also an ideal starting point for wonderful cycling tours or hikes.

  • Prices are applicable for 2 adults. We charge an additional daily free of € 5,00 for each additional person, or a fee of € 2,50 for children under the age of 6.
  • Included in our prices are: electricity, water, heating, sales tax and towels. Bedding is also included for stays of 4 days or more. Visitors`taxes: €0.40 per adult per day. Final cleaning for one apartment: €25.00/30.00
  • A spot in the garage is available for €2.50 a day. We charge the following for linens: bedding €5.00, towels €3.00. We provide cots, highchairs, baby bathtubs and so forth, all free of charge.

Kids are wellcome here: Hallo kids, you’re very welcome here! There is a playroom and a Píng-Pong room downstairs. Our large garden has a lawn, a barbecue, opportunities to play and plenty of space to let loose. A visit to one of the local farms offers additional variety. A great stay is only possible for the whole family when our little guests feel at home.

Behinderten- und kinderfreundlich

Unser Sohn ist 3 1/2 Jahre alt und er fragte mich kürzlich, wann wir denn endlich umziehen würden! Ich war überrascht und nach kurzer Befragung wurde klar, er wollte wieder in die Ferienwohnung nach Anhausen. Und es hat nicht nur ihm sehr gut gefallen: gemütliche Wohnung, guter Service, schöne Landschaft...
Als Rollstuhlfahrerin war diese Ferienwohnung für mich perfekt, da sie funktional und schön ist. Überhaupt ist die Region auf Gäste mit Handicap eingestellt.
Wir haben vor Ort gleich für das Folgejahr gebucht!

Die freundliche Alb

Holder ist die freundliche Art die Alb zu erleben. Die Wohnungen sind exzellent. Die Betreuung ist nicht nur freundlich sondern auch darauf eingestellt, vergesslichen Gästen hilfreich beizustehen (wir hatten natürlich die Hälfte vergessen). Die Umgebung ist fantastisch. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Lauter und ist herrlich ruhig. Im großen Garten gibt es genug Unterhaltung für Kinder.

Den Aufenthalt beginnt man am besten mit einem Spaziergang der Lauter entlang. Im Herbst kann man die Gänse bewundern, die man abends im Gasthof Adler serviert bekommen kann. Wer lieber zu Hause isst, findet eine sehr gut ausgestatte Küche vor. Zutaten kann man sich in Loretto holen wo es auch frisch gebackenes Brot gibt.

Wer Spaziergänge liebt findet im Umkreis exzellente Gasthäuser - emfpohlen wird die Rose in Ehestetten. Wer mit dem Auto unterwegs sein möchte startet vom Holder in alle Richtungen und kehrt abends entspannt in die gemütliche Wohnung zurück

Herrlich für Familien und Hund

Super gepflegtes, ruhiges, sauberes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen läßt! Für Familien, die fernab vom Massentourismus in herrlicher, landschaftlich reizvoll gelegener Lage Urlaub machen wollen, absolut empfehlenswert.Unsere Kinder waren begeistert vom Baden im Fluß und mit unserem Hund und Kindern konnten wir direkt vom Haus aus tolle Wanderungen unternehmen. Ein Auto sollte man zwecks Mobilität allerdings schon dabei haben.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und auskunftsbereit.
Gerne wieder!!
