Nestled among the lush, Tropical Hills, next to the river Rio Cuale in the Old Town of Puerto Vallarta you find this charming, cozy, and quiet condominium in a secured complex. The cobblestone streets in this Mexican neighborhood add to the romantic feel. The comfortable breeze along the river is welcome any time. Great shopping for fresh seafood, meats, vegetables, bread and fruits is within a five-minute walk. The surrounding area offers Excellent Restaurants. Within a block is public transportation to all areas of town, the hotel zone, department stores, and the airport. Downtown is 20 minutes and the beaches 25 minutes on foot. The roof garden of the complex offers a dipping pool, lawn chairs, sun umbrellas, pool table, bar, toilet, and an small exercise area as well as a laundry facility. This condominium was finished at the end of 2004.

  • The Deposits are subject to Full refund:
    The Utility Deposit if the electric bill during your rental does not exceed the average monthly usage, in Summer 2009 approx. 40 per month.
    The Security Deposit is fully refundable if no damages occur during the rental period. The deposits will be refunded after receipt of the utility bill and after inspecting the unit at the time of check-out.
  • Once the Rental has commenced, there is no refund for unused time should the renter vacate the premises prematurely without valid reason or just cause pertaining to the rental unit.
