We came here 12 years ago and just had to have a piece of this paradise called Marco Island! Soft tropical breezes and white sandy beaches are only the most obvious of the allure of island living. Dolphins dance in the clear blue warm waters of the Gulf. Miles of beaches for walking, sunning, playing and shelling. Enjoy the seabirds at Tigertail Beach where they 'pose' for pictures! Rent any water 'toy' you like at the beach - sail boards, beach bikes, waverunners or boogie boards. Check out the scenery from on high by trying paragliding.
Fishing more your cup of tea? We have many experienced fishing guides ready to ensure you the fun of a backwater or deep sea fishing trip. Rent your own boat and do some sightseeing along the shores and mangroves!
You'll find Marco Island to be a tropical vacation spot to which you will return time and again. If you are like us, you may eventually call Marco Island your home!
Dining on Marco Island:
We may be a relatively small (4 miles by 6 miles) island, but we have restaurants to cater to whatever your palate desires! With over 100 restaurants from which to chose, we run the gastronomical gamut from a slice of pizza to a gourmet meal fit for royalty...and everything in between!
If eating in is more your style, you will find everything you need at the 3 grocery stores located on the island. Besides groceries, our stores also sell beer and wine. Liquor is sold either adjacent to some grocery and drug stores, as well as at the liquor stores on the island.
Don't forget that there is a common grill located on the property. Gaze out into the water, watch the boating returning and enjoy the birds while your dinner cooks to perfection 'al fresco'!
Relax:
Coming to Marco Island is all about relaxation and getting away from it all. Our style is as casual or as formal as you would like it to be. You'll be charmed by all we have to offer and awed by the natural beauty that abounds.
The friendliness of the 'natives' is not to experienced elsewhere.
Our condo is truly set up for you to feel instantly at home and relaxed in a way that only the beautiful location can. As we are on-island 9 months of the year and have a property management company available 12 months of the year, your needs will always be foremost. We love this place we call home and would like you to feel that coming to Marco is like coming home; a place to enjoy yourself, indulge your senses, make wonderful memories, and RELAX!

Golfing is a way of life for Floridians and many public and semi-private golf courses welcome Southwest Florida vacationers. The Naples/Marco Island area is fast becoming the golfing capital of the state. Great weather, fantastic landscaping, interesting flora and fauna and top-notch courses make a memorable experience for any golfer. Bring your clubs and be prepared for a fun and challenging day on the links!
