Spacious, comfortable, and convenient location in Bernalillo, NM

This house is fantastic! Our family of eight spent two weeks here and felt completely comfortable. We are a multigenerational family originating from three different states, our youngest member was 10 months old. The floor plan was great for our three separate families - each family had their own sleeping space. We all had enough room to spread out in the house, we never felt cramped. While the inside of the house suited us well, the outside was captivating. We loved the back porch with the rustic table, it was the perfect place for a leisurely breakfast or a sunset-watching dessert. The view of the Sandia Mountains from the porch changed with the time of day, the pink color in the mountain from the sunset was our favorite - especially when the full moon seemingly arose out of the mountain. The gardens in the backyard were beautiful, when we were there, new flowers bloomed almost daily. The resident ducks were a delight, one of them would greet us every time we ventured onto the porch with a string of quacks. The pond was so peaceful, we loved walking the children around the pond looking for the bullfrogs and koi.
The kitchen was equipped well; the bathrooms were large; the washer and dryer made life easier. The table in the dining room was big enough for all of us to gather around for a nightly supper.
We appreciated the overall cleanliness of the house, the kitchens and bathrooms sparkled. There were plenty of linens for all the bedrooms and bathrooms along with extra blankets which we needed the first week of our visit.
A grocery store and WalMart are nearby the house; the interstate is easy to reach, the airport in Albuquerque is only a half hour away - Bernalillo is conveniently located between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. There are fun and tasty local restaurants in the town as well as familiar chain eateries. We are hikers and outdoors folks, there are many interesting and beautiful trails and parks within a 30 mile radius from Bernalillo, we explored most of them.
The rental representative was extremely helpful and communicated freely with us, she made us feel welcome in the home. We would recommend this property without hesitation.
