Photos and Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 8-10.

A tastefully decorated villa with south-facing pool and a covered patio area encompassing four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two living areas. Enter the villa into the formal living/dining area, this area has two sofas, one of which pulls out into a large bed. There is also a dining table with seating for six. The kitchen has everything you could wish for large refrigerator/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker. All crockery and cutlery provided as well as plenty of pans, etc. There is a breakfast bar with seating for three and a table with seating for four. A high chair is also provided. There is a large washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. The family room has two sofas and a large TV, DVD player, and a PlayStation 2. There is a selection of DVDs and PlayStation 2 games. There are plenty of books, games, and CDs for you to use. There is access to the patio and pool from this room. The first master bedroom which overlooks the pool.
