Enjoy spectacular sunrises and romantic moonrises from the patio!!

This cozy cottage is located on Cape Cod Bay, just about 3 miles north of Cape Cod Canal. It is situated on a bluff overlooking the entire bay without obstruction. On clear days you can see the Provincetown Tower across the Bay, watch the maritime traffic, and observe the lobster boats, and explore the beach.

Property is set on a private dead- end street; very quiet without the traffic noise. Shaws supermarket is 1/2 mile from the house.

Scusset Beach – public beach 3 miles south: $7.00 parking fee; amenities includes Beach House, Restrooms, seasonal lifeguard & snack bar;

Walk or bike along the Cape Cod Canal, jump on the ferry and head on over to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard for the day.

Plymouth (10 miles north) has many historic area attractions, the Plimoth Plantation, the Mayflower II, whale watching cruises, assortment of museums. Public Golf courses Waverly Oaks, Pine Hills.

Boston is 1 hour ride to the north (50 miles).

Awesome time

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. It was clean and very comfortable. It had everything you could want and the neighborhood was so quiet. Our daughters (20 & 14) enjoyed the views of the ocean. We were close to Plymouth and Cape Cod. Took a few day trips to Boston. So much to do if you want, or just sit back and enjoy the hammock!!!
We hope to be back.

We had a great time. Nice clean house with great views. A bonus was a spectacular 4th of July fire works show - watched right from the patio. Our bad luck the worst heat wave in a decade! Solution was the clean, cold waters of Scusset beach.
Plymouth was beautiful. We also went to Hyannis, Cape Cod Train ride, Harbor Cruise. Whale watching on Capt. John bouts was awesome! Ziggy's Ice Cream in Plymouth - wow!!

PS: Aunt Peg 82 yrs. young went whale watching for 1st time & loved it! She got up at 5 and watched the sunrise and said it was gorgeous!!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The view is beautiful and the location is great. We were able to drive to Boston several times and enjoy the local beach and historical attractions. Loved being able to see the ocean from basically everywhere in the house. Thanks!

The house was just perfect....

The house was just perfect...
and for the view - it was more than perfect..
We did so much while we were here. It was our first time to the upper East coast - The freedom trail; Salem-Gloucester-Road Island-Maine. Conn-to New York (took the tram)
Took in Cape Cod - Province town, Whale watching cruise (our granddaughter loved this best)
All of Plymouth; back to Boston.
Today we will leave always good to go home - It was one of our most enjoyable vacations - Thank so much

Felt right at home

The house gave me the fell of a good friend leaving you the keys to thier house while they were away. I didn't get the "lock stuff up" renters feel as I have other rental houses. There was a real comfortable feel to the place. The views were great and I enjoyed my cigar and drink by the fire pit at night listening to the waves and looking at the stars. The location is perfect to hang around Plymouth or the around the cape - very close to a main highway. The bedrooms were a bit small but it's not like much time is spent there and there is a middle room with a balcony overlooking the bay. The house is at the end of the street and there is no noise - a very relaxing place to stay.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
