Gulf front views from the 26th floor:
Gorgeous condo in one of the nicest buildings with the most amenities in PCB. Our master bedroom has a bay window that looks out over the gulf. Lie in bed and enjoy waking up to the views or move over to the chairs by the window for your morning coffee and enjoy a coastal view that is spectacular. We have flat screen TVs in both of the bedrooms. Our master bath has a luxury spa feel. Our spacious bath has double sinks and a separate soaking tub and a shower with a large waterfall showerhead. Enjoy the pampering on your vacation! The 2nd bedroom is large and has 2 extra-long twin beds. The room is furnished with Tommy Bahama furniture to give it a resort look.
The kitchen is large with a walk-in pantry. We have under cabinet lighting, pendant lighting and a long breakfast bar covered in granite. Cooking a few meals is a treat in this spacious room.
The dining area is defined with a capiz shell chandelier. We have 6 dining chairs as well as the 3 bar stools for ample seating. Our living area has an entrainment center housing a flat screen TV and holding DVDs, games, binoculars and books. Our furniture is comfortable and 'beach elegant'. We are not your typical rental in terms of the quality you will see in our home.
Our balcony has the same quality furniture as our interior. It is a perfect place to enjoy watching the dolphins, schools of fish, dozens of stingrays and of course the fabulous sunsets.
