Convertible Den has queen sleep sofa, and versatile built-ins which can double for office or temporary additional bedroom with own bath, walk in closet, and skylight! All these rooms are large with lofty ceilings , decor is soft earth tones.

Notes: Kitchen range has smooth top with five burners. There are also two ovens , one a convection, and two microwaves,one extra large, a stainless silent tall tub dishwasher to accommodate platters and large items-all NEW. Two refrigerators on property, wonderful for entertaining. One vertical refrigerator freezer in kitchen with water dispenser, and one top freezer refrigerator in the garage. Really handy. Tennis court is directly across from this corner property and also two swimming pools and spas, one out front door, one out master bedroom door, just steps away, rarely frequented, private feeling, maintained well. You do not need a private pool with this proximity! Electronic Keyboard with piano/organ/guitar function in home. There is a hammock on rear patio as well as two table set ups, one under roof, and one with umbrella and lots of sun and shade. Fun love seat rocker. Exercise equip. and ping pong in recreational garage. Views: garden, mt., fruit trees, fountain.

great location ... pool is perfect and usually all to yourself

close to numerous golf courses, shopping and dining

outside patio area is large and has excellent sun exposure
