Guestbook comments from the owner
First of all thank you for tolerating our crew. The hospitality you provided was wonderful experience. We did keep a busy schedule and were able to see a lot of PR. Again the experience was great.
The house was a perfect and safe place that will remain in our heart forever.
My parents were born in Cuba, moved to the US in 1960 and after graduate school, moved to PR which we consider our Home. They raised us (three daughters) for most of our life, in this beautiful rainforest and named it, Hacienda 'Pakibe' from the first two letters of our nicknames. It was in its origins, a very extensive and productive coffee plantation for many years.
My parents liked to enjoy the benefits of a peaceful, beautiful, and safe country living very close to town and the University of Mayaguez (10 mts drive), where my father was an Engineering Professor for many years.
Total relaxation, peaceful starling nights, natural river pools, beautiful flora and fauna, very safe, the proximity to beaches and everything in town.
