Chez Mica House Layout:
Chez Mica has 1.5 bedrooms at opposite ends of the apartment for optimal privacy. The small room holds 1 queen futon which sleeps 2. The large bedroom has a queen size bed and sleeps two adults. There are large walk-in closets throughout the apt for the use of guests.
The living room is large with a sofa, large 48' tv, coffee table and more. Futon in this room is optional if more guests are in party.
The dining room is large and beautiful. It seats 6 at the large modern table and is great for dining with friends and family.
The kitchen is a modern with microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, oven, stove top, and all utensils needed for cooking. Granite countertops and modern cabinets make this kitchen charming.
Outside Chez Mica:
Step outside of the kitchen onto a small deck. Gather with family or friends - a change from busy daily activity interruptions. Bring a book or two, or paints or ideas you need to put onto paper Bring a laptop and use the wireless DSL connection. But remember this is Boston, so wear a sweater!
Getting in and out:
Chez Mica is centrally located close to everything. It is easy to get to I-93, I-95 or I-90. It is a 15 minutes drive to Boston Symphony Hall, Fenway Park, Wollaston Beach, Dorchester Shores, Boston Convention Center and Franklin Park Zoo. Located 9 miles to Downtown Crossing and Backbay area. Longwood Medical area is 7 miles away.
Love to walk, jog or ride a bike? A few minutes away is Emerald Necklace. Six parks created by Frederick Law Olmsted, Sr. The Back Bay Fens, Riverway, Olmsted Park, Jamaica Park, Arnold Arboretum and Franklin Park stretch five miles from the Charles River to Dorchester and make up over 1,000 acres of parkland. It is where Bostonians exercise and where runners prepare for the Boston Marathon.
