Large, sunny first-floor apartment with gleaming tile floors in LR/DR, kitchen and hall (carpet in bedrooms). Sliding glass doors from LR to wrap-around veranda. DR area seats 6. Large master BR with king bed, en suite bath with tub/shower, walk-in closet. BR 2/den has queen sleeper, en suite bath with shower, walk-in closet. Queen sleep-sofa in LR. Two closets in entry hallway. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic stove top, microwave, dishwasher. AC in all rooms, ceiling fans in LR, kitchen and BR 2/den. All linens, towels, beach towels. Bldg is 55+, no pets. Covered parking for one vehicle.
