Newly built nicely decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo for rent. They are 150 steps from the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. One of South Padre Islands newest complex. Swimming pool, TV, washer/dryer, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closet, cable TV. We only want to make your vacation on South Padre Island the best it can be by offering you a complex that will fit your needs. Sorry no pets.

A Great Stay

My wife and I along with another couple stayed a wonderful week here. Willie was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly. The condo was clean and well stocked with paper goods and linens. The condo is located just off the main street but within easy walking distance to stores and clubs and just across the street from the beach. The pool was very nice, quiet and relaxing. When I come back to South Padre this will be my first choice. Thanks, David

I was very disappointed in our stay. We loved the property but the owner of the upstairs condos was very inconsiderate. He had a party for about 30 people who completely took over the pool,took all the chairs,used our table and left it all dirty and full of garbage, used both grills and left them all dirty. Partied right outside our bedroom window. They filled all the garbage cans. They tracked lots of sand into the pool. There were 8 cars parked there all week and the party continued everyday.I would never stay there again. I thought we should get some refund. I would never recommend it to my friends..
Owner's Response: It is unfortunate that celebrations sometimes effect other parties. Perhaps if I had Known about the situation I could have addressed it at that time. However, family celebrations are always a blessing.

We had a lot of questions before securing the rental and Willie was very nice and helpful in this process. We booked it and had no problems upon arrival getting in. It was nicer than the pictures looked and we really enjoyed it. It was a very short walk to the beach from here and the closest beach accesses to the property were our favorite ones, and we pretty much went to all of them. All of the people we met were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back again and rent any of the properties that Willie manages.
