Swimming pool, TV, washer/dryer, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closet, cable TV. We only want to make your vacation on South Padre Island the best it can be by offering you a complex that will fit your needs. Sorry no pets.

  • A deposit of $280.00 is required to hold all reservations. Prices are subject to change at anytime. Deposits are not a part of the rental and will not be subtracted from the rental rate. Once you depart we will hold out $80.00 to clean and inspect the unit, and once everything looks good we will then refund the remaining $200.00 deposit.
  • All credit card charges will be charged a 3% credit card fee.
