Very nice and quiet property with 90000 square feet of land on the most luxurious place in St Martin. 2 minutes from beautiful beach on the island, 2 minutes from long beach, 3 minutes from plum bay beach, in front of the natural lagoon of La Samana. This property is perfect for quiet vacation in a paradise area. This property has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and 1 extra small bedroom for child with sofa and AC, there is a full kitchen,3 bathrooms and laundry. Large terrace in front of the swimming pool with nice view on natural area.

My family and I loved this place ,we had great BBQ and punch on the terrace ,with exceptionnal view on natural park and birds .After breakfast ,we walked to to the fabulous beach baie long just across the house ,I really recommend this place .Thank you to stephanie for her welcome punch !!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

what a good time the house is perfect five minutes away casinos,restaurants,golf course and beach just next door!!
The house is in terres basses very luxurous place with all the convenience(music,dvd,games and swimming-pool....).
so nice we will sure be back next year.
