4BR/3.5BA Oceanfront Coral Loft is a great casual beach house - no pretense - just gorgeous views from an elevated lot in Rum Point with a sandy beach and great snorkeling. 4 Large Beds make a great spot for adult couples or a large family - 'Coral Loft' is located on one of the highest ridges in Rum Point--and less than a mile from the famous Rum Point Club with water sports, restaurants, bars and barefoot beaches. Coral Loft is very private - with heavy landscaping and natural boundaries on either side for the property. A/C, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, full kitchen and local property management for any emergencies or help with local knowledge.
