Accommodations: Elegantly Decorated, Balcony with Ocean View, Condo sleep 6 with two Bedrooms consisting of one Master bedroom with KING size bed (sleeps 2) includes 37 inch Flat screen TV & DVD player, 2nd bedroom with QUEEN size bed (sleeps 2), two twin rollaway beds, and two bathrooms. Living room with 42 inch Flat screen TV with DVD player, Pub table seats 4, large black leather couch and TWO black leather over size recliner,large coffee table,Dishwasher, Microwave, Range/Oven, Refrigerator/Freezer with ice-maker. We are in the North Tower with the lobby, indoor pool, sauna, & gym. Everything you will need is supplied just bring clothes and food if you want to cook in our spectacular kitchen. Towels and linens provided for bed and bath. No pets or smoking allowed. The rental charge includes water, central air conditioning, cable TV, and wireless high-speed Internet and washer & dryer, beach chairs and beach towels too.The Grand Victorian is right on the beach & you'll love it!

This condo is perfect for those who don't want to walk down long hallways to get to your condo unit. We are located right next to the elevator. We also have the first parking space no #1 right next to the main lobby in the North Tower where the heated indoor pool is,sauna, fitness room, are located. Not to mention our extremely large bathrooms perfect for wheel chairs. All condominiums are individually owned. There are 51 units and 46 of them have Ocean Views from their balconies.
