Very quiet street, parking for 2 cars of street. The best location on Hills Beach, your next to the Saco River and Atlantic Ocean.

There are no other houses in front on the beach house.

The best beach : The best beach in the area, fishing on the break water right out front blue fish, striped bass.

We have been staying here for about 5 years during our vacation. The views from both decks is just amazing. The beach house is very clean and well maintained. The owner, Pete, is very accomodating and can easily be reached if you needed to. It is a perfect beach for young children to pick sea shells and teens and adults will love to walk over to the island at low tide and find numerous sand dollars. There are tons of attractions and restaurants all within a 20-30 minute drive. I cannot wait to go back next summer.

Great Place!!!!

Our trip was wonderful from the time we pulled up, until the time we left. This is the perfect home and location for anyone who wants to get away and relax. The view from the deck is amazing! I highly recommend waking up early to watch the sunrise. We would definitely return! Thanks again for a great summer trip!

We had a wonderful time at the Ultimate Beach House. A great location, next to the beach, quiet with a beautiful view. We loved the house witch was very clean and cozy. Our 3 year old son loved to pick up sea shells in the backyard. Pete, the owner was really accommodating. We strongly recommend this place.

Great Vacation!

I needed a vacation, and the Ultimate Beach House looked like a good place to relax and get away from it all. It was.

To begin with, the owner was friendly and accommodating.

The cottage was clean, very comfortable, nicely decorated, and supplied with everything we needed. The view was gorgeous, as you can see from the photos. The location is great -- very close to shopping, good restaurants, and a short drive to Portland, Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, Orchard Beach, etc.

Although once you're here, you may not want to leave. Hills Beach is wonderful, and the Ultimate Beach House is a great place to stay.

Right on the Beach

This is a great cottage directly on the beach. We had in-laws stay here and our kids loved playing on the beach just steps out the back door. Plus, if you have never been to Biddeford, Hills Beach is a great find. Usually very calm water and never super crowded (no real parking if you aren't staying in the neighborhood). When the tide is out, you can tromp around on the sand bars and when the tide is in, it is perfect for a relaxing dip. Plus it is a short drive to other more active beaches.

Overall, the owner was very pleasant and helpful (even for a last minute booking) and the cottage was very clean and well kept.
