This beautiful private home is just one very short block from the beach, and what a beach it is. St Augustine Beach has miles of white, soft sand. You will relax as soon as you pull into your driveway. There is a huge Live Oak Tree out front, and there are always flowers in the front yard. Behind the red front door, the inside is painted soft tropical colors, so you feel like you have arrived at you own Island resort. 'Island Charm' has 2 bedrooms, each with a great mattress (one king bed and one queen bed), as well as a sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 full baths, a roomy beautifully furnished living room, a dining room and a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster and lots of dishes, glassware, pots, and anything else you might need. There is Cable TV in each bedroom and also in the living room, as well as a house phone and High Speed Internet The A/C works great and there are also ceiling fans throughout. Of course, there is a washer & dryer for clothes.

St. Augustine Beach has a very 'old fashion' feel to it. NO high rise condos or high rise hotel. Of course there are good restaurants when you want to eat, and just enough bars, but not to many. 'Island Charm' is located a very short block from the beach, and what a beach it is, Soft, white sand and even in the busiest season, the beach is almost empty. Also,our part of the beach is the wide beach, with a boardwalk over the dunes. The perfect place to relax and unwind.

This delightful beach house sleeps 6. Beautifully furnished, freshly painted with soft Island colors and with comfortable mattresses that you won't want to leave, this is the Ideal vacation house. There are 3 TV's w/ Cable, Internet access, bikes in the garage, & miniature golf is a few blocks away. Very quiet street, but local restaurants and cafes are all within a few short blocks. Close to golf, shopping, and grocery stores.
