Beach, Bath & Tennis! La Brisa is a gated oceanfront condo located across the street from Smathers Beach - one of only a few white-sand swimming beaches in Key West. Miles long oceanfront walking/running/biking path. Community features beautiful pool, jacuzzi, saunas, Tiki huts, tennis and outdoor grills. Gated community with assigned covered parking space. Steps to beach (we provide four beach chairs, beach towels, fishing poles, cooler and portable radio). Beach concession offers kayak rentals, snorkeling equipment, parasailing and more. Top floor unit overlooks salt ponds - very tranquil and quiet. Unit was renovated 8/09 with new appliances, furniture, paint, wood floors in bedrooms. Tile throughout remainder. New Maytag washer and dryer. Large covered balcony.

Master bedroom features king sized bed and private bath. Guest bedroom has two extra-long twin beds and adjoining bath. Large closets, 1100 square feet. Very clean. Your serene oasis in Key West!
