This home has been professionaly decorated with elegant furniture and is well maintained to the highest standard.

It is located in Kissimmee, Florida at Emerald Island Resort less than 5 minutes to Disney World.

It is a great place for large families and gatherings and for those planning that special vacation to Orlando Disney World, Sea World, or Universal Studios with the family and friends.

We recently redecorated 2 of our bedrooms and made them into kids theme rooms', 1 room is for the princesses. We have a charming princess room designed that the little girls will love to stay in and have a hard time leaving when they stay in that room.

And there is a Star Wars room which we recently added, and bunk beds in both room.

The loft area is the 7th bedroom with the bunkbed that can have up to 3 guests..

We have a private screened pool and recently added a new Nordic hot tub, much larger than the standard ones in the communities, and works great in the cold winter months.

Recent changes and additions: Recently we have changed managment companies to better maintain the house and better serve our guests.

My management company will be there if there is any concerns with the house or guest concerns.

will assist you on arrival and throughout your stay at my house. The house is relatively brand new.

There is always going to be upgrades at my house so there wll always be something new things added to the house. I want my guest to have the most enjoyable and hassle free experience while on vacation and staying at the house.

There is a awesome gameroom, with pool table, real video arcade game, foosball.

The home is located in a gated resort at Emerald Island, and has it's own club house and swimming pool to use as well. 24 hour security monitoring

About Emerald Island. : My house is located in a cul de sac and there is a children's playground located about 3 houses down if the kids still have energy or time. The house is located in Emerald Island Resort. There are many hotel ammenities at the resort in particular pool, sauna, hot tub, game room, business center. fitness center, and tiki bar.

Our family of 13 recently enjoyed a Florida vacation at this home. This was the first time we had rented a vacation home. Frank, the owner, was extremely nice, answered questions by phone or email very fast. The home was perfect. It was clean, spacious and well decorated. It had everything we needed. The kids loved the game room. They also thought we had the Princess Bedroom and the Star Wars bedroom done just for them. The home was close to all the parks and shopping. The only regret....a week was too short. Thanks again!!!

Absolutely The Best !!!

We just had a stay at this Fantastic home... We came up for "The DisneyWorld Family 5K Fun Run". Needed a Large home to accommodate our Big extend family, Children, Grandchildren and Friends... This home was a Perfect Fit. What a Deal. Everyone together for dinning and having fun. This home has all that we could ask for. Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Pool Table, Air Hockey, TV's every where, WIFI and the BEST part everyone had their own bedroom. ALL this for a really Great Rate...
Location was terrific. Minutes to All Disney Attractions, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood... Shopping for food and drinks was just up the road on Irlo Bronson Highway. Susan (the owner) was great on communications.
No surprises... Every thing exactly as advertised...

First of all, the house was very clean and well appointed. The owner was easily available, friendly and very helpful. The listing photos accurately described the home in every way. It was very comfortable and our family had a wonderful time together.
Of course the location was perfect for all the Orlando attractions, as well as several nearby grocery and good restaurant selections.
We would not hesitate to recommend this property favorably to friends or family.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Simply Amazing

A house is a house, is a house, right?. Not so with this house. When we booked this house we did not know what to expect but believe me when we arrived it rose above all our expectations. What 7 year old granddaugher wouldn't want her own Princess bedroom. What 10 year old grand-son wouldn't want his own Starship bedroom. Then to top it off a recreation room with Air Hockey, Pool table, Game machine with many games one can play, and also play things for the under 5 year olds. Walking outside one was met with a spacious patio with a hot tub and swimming pool. With all of this it was a pice of cake keeping the grandkids super happy and occupied while we prepared to leave for the parks. Also for us a fully stocked kitchen where one could cook meals instead of going out to a restaurant every day was a real cost savings. There was plenty of rooms that one could stretch out, watch TV, and just relax after a day at one of the attractions. And that was another plus, it was so very close to all the attractions. So in closing, the house was described accruately, was clean, pool was wonderfully warm, hottub was hot, and we would recommend this house to our friends as a terrific way to do their stay and enjoy their days at Disney.
