Beautifully furnished spacious town home with dramatic ocean views on Pismo Drive. A pleasant five minute stroll through a nature area brings you to Manresa Beach where you can walk for miles in either direction, ride the provided bogey boards in the surf or relax in the sun. Back from the beach, you are steps away from swimming in the pool, playing a game of tennis, or soaking in the spa. If that is not enough, you can enjoy a game of pool or foosball downstairs. The recently remodeled kitchen opens out on the large ocean view deck with a gas BBQ and patio table for eating and watching sunsets. Relax in the open living room in front of the fireplace while watching a large screen 55' HDTV with HD Cable and HBO. The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, quaint downtown Santa Cruz, Monterey Bay Aquarium and shopping are a short drive away.
