Full size washer and dryer.

Why Owner chose Scottsdale North

Always enjoyed the outdoors and Arizona. It is a great escape form the dark cold midwest winters.

What makes this house unique

Sunshine, Location Location Location. Lots of hiking close by including McDowell Mountain Park, Piestewa Peak, Camelback Mountain. We always enjoy the pool. The Pool is heated in the winter. It is also great to have Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff and The Grand Canyon within a few hours drive. I like being able to walk to the Greenbelt, Starbucks, Sprouts Grocery Store, Chompies (great deli with awesome deserts), Barnes & Noble.
