    PayPal is the only method of payment. No account required it is very easy and safe for both parties. Please pay through the invoice. Rental Payment is due 3 weeks before your scheduled stay. Cancelations must be received 1 week before the rental payment is due. Last minute scheduling is possible if the date is open.

    Rates will be higher for some conventions and some large sporting events.
  • Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM, email if you need a flexible time.

Notes: There is a dining room that seats 6 and a kitchen table that seats 4. There are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter and there is 4 chairs outside at the table. The Family room has a reclining love seat, a rocker recliner, and a chair with ottoman, There is a formal Living room with 2 chairs, love seat and a chair with ottoman. There is plenty of space to spread out. Inflatable beds can be moved to any room. Smoking outside only, NO PETS and don't sneak them in please. We will keep the deposit if we find animals have been on the property.

This home is fully furnished, well equipped, and all linens including beach/pool towels are supplied. 3 bed/2 bath: master bedroom suite has a queen size bed, large walk-in closet, TV, and own private bath with a garden tub, 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have full size beds, and there are 2 inflatable twin size beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. Gas grill on lanai, Living room, dining room, and family room with a 50' Plasma TV,DVD player and computer with a printer.

Book a stay for dates between December 1-22, 2011 and you get a night Free. You pay for 3 and the 4th is Free saving you $175.00.

Only a few days avaliable in February for the winter get away.

This property is located in a golf community. It is a Scottish style course.

Outstanding Rental Property

This house exceeded all our expectations. The pool is really nice and clean. THe owner is wonderful. We were stranded by Hurricane Irene (our flight back home was cancelled and we couldn't get a new flight for 4 days) She allowed us to extend our stay and couldn't have been more cooperative

Perfect Vacation Home!

Best vacation ever! We loved this home. It was perfect for 2 families (we had one end and they had the other). The home was so spacious that we did not need to use the formal living and dining room. Loved the pool! Everything was clean and we had everything that we needed. The owner (Janet) was helpful and easy to contact. Can't wait to go back!

Spacious Home

We really enjoyed the space that this house afforded us. Everyone got their own room and the master was located on the other side of the house from the secondary bedrooms allowing for privacy. The pool was perfect and the neighborhood peaceful. We were able to invite family over to our "house" for a change while we were there. The beds were SUPER comfortable and the showers were also very nice, (good water pressure). Of course the kids really enjoyed the private pool and we also enjoyed fresh mangos from the tree out back! We are looking forward to staying here again next year!

The house was big enough to comfortably accommodate my family that traveled from Russia. The house is clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. The pool was warm and clean. We enjoyed every moment.

Great stay in Tampa

We had a great time staying here. The house and pool are very clean and we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool all times of the day. The neighborhood was quiet. I would highly recommend this house to rent. One suggestion I would make is to have a list of local stores and their addresses such a grocery, drug store, etc. The store chains are not the same everywhere so we did not recognize the names right away.
