About Philip Young
We love the Dunedin area. We have friends and family members who live close by. We enjoy spending time with them at the beach and island hopping by boat, kayaks, and jet skis. We also enjoy hosting gatherings and cookouts at our Dunedin home.
Philip Young purchased this house in 2004
What makes this house unique
We enjoy the Dunedin area and its proximity to Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island State Parks. Honeymoon and Caladesi are two of the few remaining undeveloped barrier islands in the state.
