Elegant 2 story 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths. 1 master bathroom. Living room, dining room, Family room with fireplace, modern kitchen with granite counter tops. 3,200 sq. ft. Beautiful hardwood floors downstairs, wall to wall carpet upstairs in bedrooms. Laundry room upstairs next to bedrooms. All stainless steel appliances in kitchen, dishwasher, Microwave oven, garbage disposal, Air conditioning Marble entrance at front door, very high ceilings, open floor plan TV, cable and Internet service provided. Also 1 PC. The house is fully furnished with housewares, utensils, linens, everything you would need to have a comfortable stay. The home is just 5 minutes from Oakland Jack London Square, 20 minutes from UC Berkeley campus, 3 minutes to San Francisco by Ferry, 5 minutes to the BART station which goes to San Francisco and any city in the San Francisco Bay Area. 6 minutes to the Beach and shopping area.
