Daytona Speedway is within 15 miles near one of the largest Flea and Farmer's market. The famous Daytona Beach is only 5 miles, along with Adventure Landing Water Park. You are only 60 miles from Orlando with its many attractions such as Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure. To the North visit Historic St. Augustine which is only 40 miles up Scenic A1A. Volusia Mall as well as many strip malls and grocery shopping is close by.

I just wanted to thank you for allowing us to rent your condo in Ormond Beach. Our family had a wonderful, restful time. The condo was well-stocked, very clean, and completely met our needs. The condo complex was extremely well-cared for and quiet. We hope to return to the area again someday, and when we do, we’ll be sure to stay there.
My boys really enjoyed use of the boogie boards. One of them was cracked but still perfectly usable. We believe it was already cracked when we got there but wanted you to know in case you wanted to remove the board. Just to be sure it wasn’t our family that damaged it, we placed an extra boogie board in the closet.
We have stayed at several different places in Florida and have found this condo to be one of the very best deals. Very clean, nicely decorated and all the amenities needed. Right across from the beach and far enough away from town but not to far. Lots to do in the area. Favorite was Ponce Inlet Lighthouse.Also enjoyed Canaveral National Park, great golfing and bike riding. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect spot to relax. The condo was the cleanest place I've ever seen. Very well maintained, quiet, bright and well furnished. Everthing is geared to the convenience of the vacationer. No need to bring anything but food and drink. This is a hidden treasure to which we plan to return as soon as possible!!
A nice two-bedroom condo, quiet and clean-with all the amenities you will need for a week at the ocean (literally just steps to the ocean) including modern appliances for the kitchen and bath, plenty of linen, a more than adequate amount of beach accessories (big plus when you're staying at the beach) television and internet (internet speed was slow, however-talk to owner if of primary concern-we had smartphone so not a major concern during our stay). All in all a very good deal- especially when you can watch both the sun and moon come up each day and night and shine over your personal stretch of oceanfront. Had a great time. Owner prompt, courteous, and very professional. Would absolutely recommend this place.
We were fortunate enough to stay at this Condo for a complete week and it was absolutely one of the most relaxing vacations I have experienced. Far enough away from the "hoopla" but yet close enough if you dare to adventure out - it is centrally located. The Condo was exceptionally clean and is taken care of very well. The decor is of a tropical feel and just makes the stay that much better. The Owner/Manager of this property is a "gem" to do business with. Hope to visit this Condo on a regular basis!
I wanted a quiet, family gateway for a beach but close enough to visit to parks in Orlando. This worked out the best place for my dream vacation. We spent 10 days here and making this a staging point, we drove to Orlando to cover parks, spent a day at St. Augustine and went south to Vero Beach. only 5 miles from famous Daytona, we witnessed quite a commercialization with convention center and place looked crowded. we will come back again without any hesitation and recommend to our place. As far as condo is concerned, it is well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, the linens are plentiful and the place is very clean with fabulous view of Atlantic Ocean.
The condo was everything that was promised and more. This property is probably the most completely equipped vacation condo I have ever rented. It was extremely clean and I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness. Overall I could see that this property has been well cared for by both the owners and the association. The owners made everything so easy and simple when it came to renting the property.
It was a quiet area and all you had to do is walk across the street to the beach, but if you wanted to do something else or shop you were minutes away from Ormond Beach and about 20 minutes from Daytona Beach.
We had two 19 year olds and an 11 year old and there was plenty for everyone to do. We met another family staying at the condos and the youngest played with their daughters when we were on the beach.
The icing on the cake was that my security deposit was put in the mail to me only 2 days after I left. That is excellent customer service in my opinion.
We would definitely rent this vacation property again!
Ormond By The Sea is 5 miles North of Daytona Beach in very quiet, Private and Secluded Private Beach area, an ideal location to avoid traffic, crowd and excess commercialization. sleeps six.
