Sit on the balcony and enjoy the cool ocean breeze with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. This is a fully furnished 2 BR-2 Bath unit on the 2nd floor close to the elevator. The property has a heated pool, club house and covered parking. This Ocean front Condo is ready with a beach umbrella and chairs to enjoy the beach. High speed Internet connection is included.   • Request a quote for special events such as Bike Week, Daytona Race Week & holidays.
  • Refundable deposit of $100 - $150 depending on length of stay is required upon booking and confirmation. Deposit in full will be refunded, if no loss or damage. Full rent is due as per contractual agreement. Refund of deposit is subject to inspection within 7 days of checkout.

    No pets, No trailers, No boats or campers are allowed in parking lot. Observation of association rules are mandatory for all tenants and are posted on premises.
  • Non Seasonal Rate June through October-550 per week.
    Fall rate-October through December- 575 per week
    Season Rate -January through April- 650 per week, Seasonal Monthly rate $ 1650 to $ 1800 per month.
    Ask for special events rate based on demand and availability. To get low competitive rates, plan ahead and book early with deposit.

I would first like to thank you for renting us your great condo on Ormond Beach - the place is beautiful & very very clean!!! My family and I had a great time on our vacation there & would like to come back again.

Your place is so convenient for everything - from going to the beach, grocery store, shopping, & out to eat, its just in a perfect location!! We had a wonderful time in a wonderful place - thanks again!!!
