Our Beach House on Queenstown Ct. is a dedicated year round, North Mission Bay, single family vacation home.

Renovated in 2009, our 3 story Beach House is located 1 property away from the water of Mission Bay and 2 blocks from the Pacific Surf - conveniently near the boat rental and recreation center on Santa Clara, super restaurants and shops within a block and all that Mission Beach has to offer! Ride the famous roller coaster at Belmont Park, partake in the vibrant scene of Garnet Avenue, Pacific Beach, enjoy a night time bay cruise on the Bahia Belle, bike, skate or stroll on the boardwalk or just have a relaxing day bathing in the sun on San Diego's most popular beach destination. So much is just within an easy walk or bike ride! We have our own bikes, boogie boards, a surf board, beach toys and a tandem kayak for your enjoyment. Rinse off the beach sand in our outdoor warm shower!

Fully furnished and equipped with everything you need, family and kid friendly, comfortable, convenient and private! Available for groups up to 10 only yards from both the beach and the bay. Perfect to entertain large groups with 2 patios and 2 balconies. 2 bedrooms, a large 1st floor den that doubles as sleeping quarters and the sofa bed in living room give you 4 separate sleeping areas. Our patio/BBQ area on the court is fully enclosed and private.

Great place to stay

This is a wonderful house in a great location on Mission Beach. All the amenities are taken care of, plus extras like a nice grill, bicycles, and a kayak. It's a 3 minute walk from the beach. It is very clean. The only downsides are that there is only 1 private bedroom with a door, the ground floor and the 3rd floor can be used as bedrooms but the entire floor is really a bedroom and only the stairs separate them off, so this house is better for families than for a group of couples who would need privacy. Also there is only parking for 1 car as the garage is full of stuff, and that parking is a very tight squeeze. Overall a very good experience.

Our Winter Stay

My sister and her family came from Paris and we stayed at Kitty and Cathy's place. Nice, short walking distance to the beach, plenty of options for food. We went to the Iguana Bar (I think) across the street on our 2nd to last night and just chilled. Kid friendly! We ended up playing Apples to Apples there til midnight. Only thing I would say is not enough toilet paper for the 6 of us.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: So glad you enjoyed you stay, we do have a fantastic location. A note on the toilet paper...we provide ample paper products to start you off on your vacation. Each one of our guests certainly has individual needs in that category, so we cannot know the amount a group will need for a week. What we DO have is a super-friendly and convenient market at the end of our block that has most ANY sundry item you may find that you need during your stay. Happy Vacationing!!

Nice place, as described. A short walk to the beach or the bay and walking/biking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Everything was nice and clean. Home owner was very nice and helpful, called to check in with us after we arrived. Lots of toys in the garage as well, had a great time.

Great little condo with lots of cool amenities

Great little condo about 2 minutes walk from the beach. The place was well maintained, with a cute little patio and some cool surprises in the garage! (Canoe, bodyboards and bikes). Good help from the manager, and even the neighbors were fun! No problem, will come back if I have the opportunity to do so.
