Renting Rules and Regulations :
Our home will be for rent starting October 1st. 2009. Check in is on Fridays at 4:00pm and check out is on Fridays at 11:00am. The hot tub cover must always be replaced back on after you are done enjoying it. This will ensure the longevity of the hot tub as well as keep it safe for children and pets. The Sunsetter awning on the deck must be rolled up at the end of every day and if there is any storm. Instructions will be provided. All of the lawn furniture cushions must be put away at the end of the day or if there is any storm in the plastic storage units that have been provided. At the end of your stay linens and towels must be stripped from beds and bathrooms and placed into the tub in the master bathroom. All used dishes must be placed into the dish washer and be cleaned before checkout. 50% of the rental fee will be due at the time your reservation is made. We greatly appreciate your help keeping our home a safe and well maintained place to vacation.
