Visit our charming 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation villa located in lovely Croissant park. Relax and enjoy sunny Florida on our deck. Large enough for entertaining family and friends. Intimate for romantic evenings for two. Take a warm soothing dip into our 6 person hot tub. Enjoy the spa bathtub located in the master suite. Prepare a delicious meal in our new state of the art kitchen designed by Chef John. Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and an island. See all that Florida has to offer just minutes away. Visit Las Olas Boulevard which has many beautiful shops, fine dining, wonderful art galleries and an exciting night life. Plan a day of sand and surf at the Ft. Laud. Beach just 4.5 mil. from our home. Go shopping at the Sawgrass Outlet Mall 15 min. drive, the Sunrise Flea Market, or the Festival Flea Market. The famous Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is only a 15 min. drive and offers the best in shopping, dining, dancing, live music, and casino gaming.

  • The Master bathroom has an Aquatic world pool tub and a beautiful view of the side garden. French doors give it a lovely romantic touch. The 2nd full bathroom has a Tub/Shower, and is decorated 'Key West' style.

A mini refrigerator is also located in one of the two walk in closets. All of the windows in the master bedroom have been treated with a mirrored tint, you can see out but no one can see in. The windows also have black out shades. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a beautiful view of the deck and back yard and french doors give it a lovely touch. A mini refrigerator is also provided in the 2nd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has a beautiful white bunk bed set. A laundry room with Whirlpool appliances is just of the side of the 3rd bedroom.

Notes: Housekeeping is provided every Friday. There is a covered car port for parking as well as plenty of additional parking down the driveway and across the street. The living room has a 43'' Sony flat screen with an upscale DVD player. A brand new high efficiency A/C unit has recently been installed which keeps the house nice and cool in the hot summer months. Pet friendly home with a $500 refundable damage deposit. There is a dog park just 1.5 miles away. The property has a 6 foot wood fence all around making it a great area for pets and children to play as well as giving you adequate privacy. Dog walking/pet sitting services are available for an additional fee. Want to have the house stocked with groceries before you arrive? Personal grocery shopping services are also available for an additional fee.

Renting Rules and Regulations : Our home will be for rent starting October 1st. 2009. Check in is on Fridays at 4:00pm and check out is on Fridays at 11:00am. The hot tub cover must always be replaced back on after you are done enjoying it. This will ensure the longevity of the hot tub as well as keep it safe for children and pets. The Sunsetter awning on the deck must be rolled up at the end of every day and if there is any storm. Instructions will be provided. All of the lawn furniture cushions must be put away at the end of the day or if there is any storm in the plastic storage units that have been provided. At the end of your stay linens and towels must be stripped from beds and bathrooms and placed into the tub in the master bathroom. All used dishes must be placed into the dish washer and be cleaned before checkout. 50% of the rental fee will be due at the time your reservation is made. We greatly appreciate your help keeping our home a safe and well maintained place to vacation.

Renting Rules and Regulations: 50% of the rental fee will be due at the time your reservation is made. The remaining 50% is due at check in.
