This house is clean, fresh and cute and just a short walk down the lane to the beach. It has a pond and waterfall and tropical landscape that make the yard and house great to just hang out. The outdoor shower has hot and cold running water and is semi enclosed. Surfing at all the jetties at the beach. Marina park, down the street has the beach on one side and the harbor area on the back end where you can kayak and the pier is the other direction about 1.5 miles away and there is a bike path to it. The surfing is this area is from beginner to intermediate. 3 short blocks away is the coffee shop for your morning coffee and the restaurants and rentals are all there, too. Golfing is about 1.5 miles away. Ojai and Santa Barbara are both about 30 miles away. This is a great house and a great location.

Nearest Airport: santa barbara at 35 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 150 Miles
We are 14 houses down the lane to the beach where there is surfing and swimming. There is a small village that has restaurants and a coffee shop. The Marina Park in down the street in one direction and the Pier is down the bike path through the state park in the other direction about 1.5 miles. We are close to Ojai where there is wine tasting and art galleries. We are close to Santa Barbara which is 30 miles away. And LAX is a little more than 1 hour away. This is a great location.
