Our warm and inviting townhome is located right on the bike path and is a 5 minute walk or ski to the River Run ski lifts and the new Gondola.

With views of Baldy and walking distance to most Ketchum amenities, you can't find a better location.

The main level features a heated double garage with direct entry into a full laundry room. Proceed into the cozy den complete with 2 couches, a 37' HD TV and direct access to the private back patio.

A very well equipped kitchen - a cook's delight - is between the den and dining/living area. The kitchen is complete with dining service for 10, a blender, espresso maker, coffee maker, microwave, and all the pots, pans, platters, baking essentials and cookbooks you would need for a gourmet meal. Brand new stainless dishwasher and refrigerator complete a recent upgrade.

The dining room has seating for 8. A convenient powder room is off the kitchen area. An inviting living room, with gas river rock fireplace, 42' HD TV/DVD/VCR & Ipod docking music system, 2 couches and views of Baldy completes the first floor level.

Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with King bed, walk-in closet, private bath with double vanity counter, jetted tub, tiled shower and private toilet. The master also has a private balcony with Baldy views.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed and lots of closet and dresser space. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds (which can be converted into a King), a TV and generous closet and dresser storage.

These two bedrooms share a bathroom with single sink vanity and tiled shower/tub.

The private patio features a hot tub, propane BBQ and dining for 6. A large grass common area is adjacent for the kids to run around while you enjoy a soak in the hot tub!

Other amenities included: 3 mountain bikes, 3 kids bikes, 5 helmets, 2 beach chairs, 2 tennis racquets, 2 tow-behind golf club carts, 2 pairs of snowshoes, an infant 'umbrella' stroller, pack-n-play crib, toddler booster seat, Wi-Fi connection, VCR video library with both adult and kids movies, Playstation 1 w/ a few games, ski/snowboard/boot storage in a heated garage, and best of all...walk/ski to the lifts!

About Michelle Sabina

This townhouse was purchased after selling our home in Hailey and moving to Hood River, OR. We wanted to keep our 'roots' in Sun Valley and we love our weekend getaways to our second home in Ketchum. We've attempted to make this townhouse as comfortable as our full-time home and hope you will feel the same warmth, joy and comfort as we do when we spend time here! Please make yourselves at home in our home and enjoy all the wonders Sun Valley has to offer.

Why Michelle Sabina chose Ketchum

We love this location because we can ski to the lifts in less than 5 minutes, jump on the bikes and ride out to the new Golf/Nordic center or into town for shopping, a meal, a movie or a walk to the river with our little boys to seek out fish and rocks to throw...all from our front door. No loading up the car with gear...we just grab our skis or bikes and GO! You can't get more convenient than that.

What makes this townhome unique

We love being able to look up at the mountain from our living room and master bedroom. Walking/skiing to the lifts is about the best benefit you can get while staying in a ski town. Walking access to the bike path and river and downtown Ketchum are wonderful too!

This was an absolutely fabulous home. It was a great home base for a Ketchum/Sun Valley vacation. The home is close to town, the bike path, the mountain. The space was very warm and accomodated two families very well. The kitchen was well equipped and you could tell the owners treat this as more then a rental. We have stayed in many places in Sun Valley and this was our favorite by a long shot. I would not hesitate to recomend this home if it is available.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Thanksgiving

This is an outstanding home and location, especially for a family get together. The layout is convenient and well maintained. The location is within walking distance of downtown Ketchum and easy to find. The house was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we could ask for. We prepared a Thanksgiving dinner for 12 and found the kitchen complete and entirely usable. We plan on another stay in the future and would highly reccommend these accomodations to others.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

What a wonderful townhome! We brought our road and mountain bikes, hiked, backpacked, then returned for a hot tub each night. Our visitors loved it too!

What a fantastic week! As our 5-year old (who learned to bike while here) said "Sun Valley is awesome"! Our 7-year old said the same things about the Hailey skate park. We skied 4 of the 5 days we were here and had a great time. So much fun!
PS: Loved the swimming pool at the YMCA!
