For those who enjoy cycling the mainly flat roads around the lakes provide easy to ride, scenic routes to travel.
What to do in the Finger Lakes Region: For a change of pace, why not take a day out to visit Niagara Falls, which is only a short 1-½ hour drive away.

During the fall and through the winter the experience continues with the spectacular scenery of changing colors of Autumn leaves on the trees, the harvest of crops and grapes for wine production, Halloween and Pre-Christmas shopping and when the snow finally arrives, Skiing, tobogganing, sleigh rides or snow mobiles.
