Villa 'Cape Florida' is a luxurious, newly built villa and situated in the desirable South East part of Cape Coral, on the South Gulf Coast of Florida, in an area of luxury homes. It has 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms which have been professionally and tastefully interior designed with comfort and style in mind and is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The 3 bedrooms, 1 king size and 2 queen size have 32” and 26” flat screen tv with cable and a 42” in the living room, wireless internet so you can go online when ever you want. The pool is solar-heated and is west facing so it gets the sun all day and is very private and not overlooked. There are stunning sunsets from the pool, lanai or the private dock. The villa is situated 12 minutes from the Gulf Coast beaches. There are numerous championship golf courses within a 10 mile radius. We, as the owners, have been involved with building our home from Day One for you to have a GREAT VACATION !!!

    Minimum stay 5 days and seasonal price increase of 20% is required during Easter and Christmas.
    Maximum occupation: 6 persons ( 1 King, 2 Queen beds)
    Check-in: After 3 pm.
    Check-out: must occur between the hours of 9 am and 11 am, for guests leaving the house early in the morning on the day of departure: between the hours of 3 pm and 4 pm on the day prior to your departure.
    Rate includes: Bedding, hand-, shower – and beach towels, service for pool and garden, water, gas, (grill).
    Property protection fee: $60 Damage Waiver Fee (covers only up to $750.00 in damages -accidental, or inadvertent) .
    Cleaning charge: $ 150 extra cleaning charges may apply. Wash and dry all used towels and linen used during the stay, except those used the morning of your departure (towels take very long to dry, this will help us to be ready for the next guests) Thank you.

We had a wonderful week in your villa which more than met our expectations with its spacious, modern and at the same time comfortably decorated rooms. It offered all the state-of-the-art conveniences, including full A/C, from the spacious kitchen area to beautiful main bathroom with whirl pool. The kids had fun in the outdoor pool While not by the beach, it was perfectly located for our daily excursions to Sanibel, the Everglades etc. Apart from that the management instills of confidence in this type of booking. Returning to Florida, I'd say its a repeat!
