Our home is near the Country Club restaurant and activities. We are north of Ruidoso where there is dining, shopping, and many seasonal celebrations. The Ski Run Road to Sierra Blanco is located 1/2 mile from the Alto Country Club entrance. The horse racing and Inn of the Mountain God Resort is within 15 miles. Roomy living room/dining room and plenty of deck for relaxing and entertaining.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A $100 security deposit is required which is refunded to you after housekeeping releases our home.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the rent due is required to block your dates and there is no guarantee of dates until the deposit is received. The rest of the rent, security fee, and cleaning fee will be due a week before. There is a 2-night minimum, no exceptions. There will be a $100 security fee which is refunded back to the guest, after housekeeping inspects the home. Credit cards are welcome.

Notes: Our home has a lovely rock fireplace, we burn only fire logs which 2 will be provided for your convenience. Smoking is allowed outside on the deck. Pets are generally welcome if they are house broken and restrained in personal carrier when leaving the home. Internet Access is provided at Zocca Coffee House, Sacred Grounds, and Starbucks.

Our home!: Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, fully furnished which sleeps 6/8 comfortably. There are 2 queen size beds, 2 twin beds upstairs, and a queen sleeper sofa in the den. The living room, kitchen and dining room combinations is an open concept with a rock fireplace. There are two tables and a bar for dining. Our home may look cute and cozy from the outside, but is large and roomy inside, over 1700 square feet. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about any appliance you should need. There is a dishwasher, garbage disposal, large refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and electric range. The televisions are connected to Dish Satellite with VCR/DVD, CD stereo, and favorite family tapes/dvds for your pleasure. There is not a phone as your cell phones will work at our home.

There is a large shady deck with two tables, umbrellas, and about 10 chairs. There is also a Jacuzzi that is serviced each week and maintained at a perfect PH. The home is right off the 6th hole of the Alto Country Club Golf course. As our guests, if your stay is 7 nights or more, you may request a guest letter to enable you and your family to enjoy the swimming pool, tennis courts, restaurant, bar, and golf course. You will have to use your own credit card to make purchases.
