Shopping is very convenient to the property as the famous Sawgrass mall is not too far away. It ia a quiet all American city. This property is located in a very desirable neighborhood, Pembroke Pines, on the golf course. It is gated, has tennis courts, swimming pool. 5 minutes from all conveniences. The home is a beautiful townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the upper floor, downstairs has living room, 1/2 bath, upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We have a dining room to accommodate 6 people, living room, small office area , a patio to catch the Florida sunshine and also a 2 car garage.

Beautiful suburbs, all American city. Pembroke Pines is located about 30 minutes from Miami International Airport, as well as Fort Lauderdale airport. It is in Broward county, its about 25 minutes from the beaches. It is an upscale gated neighborhood with everything within a few minutes drive. The proprty is overlooking the golf couse. It is quiet and very relaxing.
