All bedrooms have King size beds with luxury linens, down comforter, TV with DVD, 8 foot sliding doors that open completely to a screen-in patio room. Living Room is large with 8 foot sliding glass doors that open to a screened patio, other end opens to the kitchen which also has 8 ft sliding glass doors that open to another screened patio. You get a wonderful breeze when you open both ends. 35 inch flat screen TV, DVD, cable, new furniture, Kitchen has all new top end appliances, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with Ice maker. There are 2 lanai; one on each end of the unit, one on the back opens to the master bedroom and Living Room and has a large Bar B Q grill for cooking. The other one is on the front and has very comfortable seating for relaxing.

Just a short 2 minute walk to the beach. This is NOT a tiny beach bungalow this is a very spacious newly remodeled and Professionally decorated Modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with kitchen, living room upstairs and one bedroom one bathroom with its own kitchen, living room and 2 screened in lanais downstairs. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, each with their own pilowtop King mattress, Luxury sheets used only in 5 star resorts and spas including the Ritz Carlton Spas. You will not want to get out of bed!! TV in each room. Kitchens have new stainless steel high end appliances, gourmet cookware, dishes etc. Living rooms have all new furnishings, large 32' TV's & DVD player in each one.
