Fab house central to all - beaches, biking, running, horseriding,great restaurants and shopping. Located less than 2 miles to the charming villages of Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor and short drive to East hampton, Southampton and Montauk. Situated on private 1 acre - Charming gambrel style house with heated pool. Clean, new everything, with fireplace, a/c and wifi internet access. First floor - Living room w flat screen and fireplace, kitchen w dining area (dish washer, microwave, large fridge), .5 bathroom Second Floor - Master bedroom w queen bed, 2 closets and ensuite bathroom Second Floor - Bedroom 2 - large with queensize bed, closet and room for aerobed Second Floor Bedroom 3 - 2 twin beds and closet. 2nd full bathroom Basement - large with 3 built in beds, huge flat screen, surround size, dvd player - like going to the movies!Laundry room. Outdoors - deck, teak dining set,weber bbq grill + pool toys, croquet set, tennis rackets, beach chairs, etc
