'Natalie's Bahama Conch' is located in the Sanctuary at the Key West Golf Club. Just about everything in the house has been redone, from top of the line appliances int he kitchen to the Tommy Bahama designer furnishings throughout. In short, no expense was spared.The open and airy main floor has plenty of room for entertaining, with a large flat screen TV. There's also a sitting room with a pullout sofa. The luxurious Tommy Bahama furnishings that give this house its name are comfortable and elegant. You'll never feel closed in, with porches upstairs and downstairs, at the front and back of the house.

Sleeping Accommodations: Upstairs, the Tommy Bahama touch is once again evident in all 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a spectacular four poster king size bed and French doors to the porch. The master bathroom has twin vanities and a tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed on request. there is a full bathroom that is shared by these two bedrooms.

A private pool, and a community pool, too: 'Natalie's Bahama Conch' has a beautiful heated pool, nestled in the lush landscaping of the private back yard. Just down the street is the resort style community pool, with plenty of chaises. There's a soothing waterfall, restrooms and a fitness room as well.

Amenities: This home includes washer/dryer, central A/C and overhead fans throughout. Cable television is included. Wireless high speed internet service is also included, and may be accessed from anywhere in the house or in the back yard. There is off-street parking for two cars. Daily maid service is available on request. If you wish, we can arrange for catering as well.
