The open water views of the Gulf of Mexico are outstanding from the expansive back porch or the the multiple french doors that rim the living, dining and kitchen areas! The soft yellow exterior compliments the jewel tone yellow in the living area and throughout the rest of the house. An eclectic mix of furnishings and decoration inside gives this home a distinctive difference from the norm! The kitchen is the center point of the home and has and fabulous granite counters. If you must cook on vacation this is a kitchen where you will still feel part of the action and enjoy the views as you create! The living and dining areas wrap around the kitchen so everyone gets to share in the conversation and beautiful views through the 'window walls' of French doors.
A freshwater pool and spa have been placed waterside and offer another ideal location to relax and look at the water and sunset colors. Just beyond the pool a pier dock offers boat dockage and a great snorkeling!
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom, with a King bed, has a private bath. French Doors lead to a side deck that wraps around the front of the house to join with the guest bedroom. A french door in the private bath also gives access to the deck and brings in natural light to the bath. The bath is a masterpiece of tumbled marble tile in the shower and custom sculptured glass and travertine marble counter.
A hall bath serves the second bedroom and has a tiled shower.
The guest bedroom, has a queen bed and the upstairs loft bedroom which has 2 twin beds.
