Beautiful renovated condo in established complex located on the north ridge of Flamingo Beach. Two floors. Top floor has majestic panorama view of Flamingo Beach, new kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops and bar, dining area and living area with large porch. Lower floor has two large bedrooms, King and Queen beds, two newly renovated bathrooms, a TV sitting area with pull out sofa bed, and washer and dryer. There is a lovely pool to enjoy with awesome views of the great Pacific, and the surrounding nature. Walk to bank, supermarket, bars and restaurants and beach. This condo gives the renter access to the Flamingo Beach Hotel facility below on Flamingo Beach. This includes large pool and pool bar, gym, spa access, and tennis court. Great vacation rental.

This condo is a great rental. It is located in easy walking distance to the beach and to many local amenities. Flamingo Beach is a safe swimming beach with beautiful white sand- and turquoise and sapphire colored water. The water is warm enough to swim year round. When you stay with us, you can use the hotels amenities which include access to the Serenity Spa, gym, tennis and the best pool in the area with a large pool bar- directly in front of the beach, pool activities, dance classes etc...Pacific Coast Diving has an office in the Hotel and offers classes to certify you and get you diving in the beautiful waters of our area. Flamingo Equestrian Center also offers classes in all levels of English riding and is just 5 minutes away from the condo. The marina area offers you the best sport fishing boats and captains in the area. We offer you our tried and true Best Of Flamingo Review with recommendations for restaurants, bars- everything good in our area as well as contact information.

Our Administrator is also happy to set you up on personal tours of Guanacaste, from National parks to Volcanoes to Mud Baths we can arrange it all for you.
