Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental Basis: per property Quoted In: US Dollars
  • Refundable Damage Security deposit of $700.00 due with final payment prior to move in.
    A flat rate price for electricity is included in the price (US $ 35.00 per week). If there is additional consumption it will be charged afterwards at $0.12/KWH and deducted from security deposit.

    Florida-tax is over and above rental amount. Fee for final cleaning is $175.00 deducted from security deposit
    The rental price is for up to 6 adults. Additional persons charged at $100.00 per person per week.
    There is a surcharge of 10% for X-mas and New Year holiday time Easter and Thanksgiving. Minimum rental at Xmas/New Year holiday season is 2 weeks.
    Included in the rental rate is local home management, lawnkeeper, pool service, cable HD TV and Internet (bring your own computer). The house has plenty of space with an oversized pool and beautiful canal view! As we (private owners) also use the house, the furnishings and equipment are excellent.
  • Boat rental is available. A boat license is not needed in Florida. Boat rental pricing upon can be provided upon request. Minimal rental period time for boat rental is 3 days.

    Cancellation policy: The renter may cancel the rental contract at any time, as long as the cancellation is sent to us in writing. The following deadlines and costs apply to cancellations by the renter:
    Cancellations with 60 or more days notice prior to arrival date: 20% of rental amount is forfeited.
    If the property cannot be rented to another party for the same time period, cancellations with less than 60 days and more than 30 days notice prior to arrival date: 50% of rental amount is forfeited.
    Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival date: 100% of rental amount is forfeited
    However in such cases, if the property can be rented to another party for the same time period only 20% of rental amount is forteited plus an administration fee of $100.

The second Master has a queen bed with a full shower in the ensuite bath. Bedroom 3 is the Tommy Bahama room. There is a queen bed and the bathroom with shower is directly outside the the bedroom door. The upstairs Key West room has a queen bed and a beautiful view of the intersecting canals and a private balcony. The bedroom shares the bath with Bedroom 3. All bedrooms have ample storage in built in closets with upgraded shelving to keep track of your personal items.
